About William Sciortino

William Sciortino was a Chemistry and Earth Science teacher for over thirty years. He loved bringing science to life for his students, mentoring new teachers, coaching and running the annual science fair. Mr. Sciortino passed away from Alzheimer’s Disease in 2016. The William Sciortino Science Foundation, Inc. is run by Mr. Sciortino’s family to honor his legacy of teaching and dedication to students.
